For most people, this is doable. You may even be surprised to know you already do a form of this already in your schedule, you just may need to extend the timeframe of the fasting period.

This type of intermittent fasting can help you to lose weight by decreasing your calorie intake for the day in an easier way.

You will be able to eat more foods later in the day too which can help you to feel less deprived.
